How do I choose the right ski length for my height and ability?
Generally, we recommend choosing a ski that reaches between your chin and the top of your head. Advanced skiers or those looking for stability at high speeds should size up, while beginners or those prioritizing maneuverability should size down.
Do Faction skis come with bindings pre-installed?
Our skis are typically sold flat (without bindings) to allow you to choose the best setup for your skiing style. However, we do offer select ski and binding packages that can be mounted by our technicians if you provide your boot sole length (BSL).
What is the warranty policy on new skis?
All Faction skis are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage caused by impact, such as hitting rocks, rails, or trees, or damage resulting from improper mounting.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Orders within Europe and North America typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location, and tracking information is provided as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
You can return any unused, unmounted, and original-packaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that once skis have been mounted with bindings, they are no longer eligible for return.
How should I maintain my skis during the off-season?
We recommend applying a thick layer of storage wax to the bases and edges to prevent oxidation and drying. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid damp environments like garages or basements.
