Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused Faction equipment in its original packaging. Please note that skis must be unmounted and in their factory-sealed wrap to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
